Wissembourg to Saverne on the GR53

Wissembourg to Saverne on the GR53. Beautiful hikes under the October sun. All orchestrated by Trace Vosges du Nord. Isabel's choice of accommodation, luggage transfer and availability are TOP. A small agency that I highly recommend to our hiking friends.

A stay in the heart of the Vosges

A stay from Wissembourg to Saverne along the GR53, in the heart of the Vosges mountains in their most beautiful autumn colors. A real break from the daily grind: nothing to think about, just walk and enjoy. A great experience with our two little dogs. The accommodation was carefully chosen, and Isabel (via WhatsApp) is absolutely adorable. Dog-walkers, don't worry about it any longer: take a breath of fresh air with Traces des Vosges du Nord.

A perfectly organized trip

Thank you, Isabel. We had a perfectly organized trip to the Northern Vosges. From the first contact to the end, communication was friendly and fast. The five-day trip was demanding, but very beautiful. If you're interested in hiking in the Vosges, please don't hesitate to contact Isabel.

Thank you very much

Thank you so much, Isabel! We spent six wonderful days hiking in the Vosges du Nord. The forests and meadows were lush green. Our trails were lined with delicious bays and colorful flowers. The red sandstone cliffs offered magnificent views and the castles enchanted the forest. The accommodation was top-notch and the transport service always worked. Thanks also for the excellent guidance, information and maps. We'll be happy to recommend you. Antje & Dirk

Perfect organization

Many thanks for the perfect management and organization! Everything went perfectly: all vouchers for partner hotels and museums were booked in advance, luggage transport was punctual and cab services worked perfectly. Admittedly, the route was a little arduous, but fantastic! Dense forests, interesting castles and ruins, beautiful villages and friendly people... simply magnificent! We were also very pleased with the hotels - and the food...! We mainly ate where Traces had recommended. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation: active, culinary and cultural!

Thank you

I'd like to thank you for the superb organization of both the accommodation and the luggage transport. What's more, the weather cooperated with us. We really appreciated the swimming pools and spas in some of the hotels. Congratulations to the Club Vosgien for the quality of the trails.

A very warm welcome

As far as our trip was concerned, the paths were beautiful and very well signposted, thanks to the Club Vosgien! A very warm welcome in all the accommodation, very good for the chambres d'hotes and hotels (including 2 with spas, which we really appreciated). Copious and varied breakfasts everywhere, simple and friendly people everywhere we went. And what's more, we had great weather!

Hiking in the Vosges du Nord is an opportunity not to be missed

I walked the six-day, five-night Traces itinerary in the Northern Vosges. It was an experience I'll remember fondly for years to come. The forests, castles and villages were respectively magnificent, evocative and charming. The Traces Hiking Guide was easy to use, and provided additional information that made my trip all the more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Regarding the arrangements, Isabel was communicative, helpful and resourceful throughout. Everything went smoothly, as planned.

Green as far as the eye can see

Magnificent 6-day hike, with baggage transport, the best. Restful forests. Despite the rain at times on 3 days, it was very good. Data provided by Traces Vosges du Nord very detailed. The accommodation is very nice, with a good evening meal after a day's walking, and even the SPA in Niederbronn.

GR 53 - Part 1

Unable to organize our tour ourselves, we benefited from Traces' top-notch organization: attentive to our requests, luggage transported between each stage, different and pleasant accommodations. A great experience, with suggestions for visits and advice. We recommend Traces.

GR 53

Everything was well organized. No nasty surprises. Lots of chateau along the way. No organization to deal with. I was even able to customize the end of the tour. We only carry our gear for the day, and suitcases are transported each day for greater comfort. Thank you so much!
