All in all, it was a wonderful vacation
Everything went perfectly: all vouchers for partner hotels and museums were booked in advance, luggage transport was punctual and cab rides worked perfectly. Admittedly, the route was a little arduous, but fantastic! Dense forests, interesting castles and ruins, beautiful villages and friendly people... simply magnificent!We were also very pleased with the hotels - and the food...! We mainly ate where Traces had recommended.All in all, it was a wonderful vacation: active, culinary and cultural!

The complete package was perfect!
Thank you Isabelle! We spent 3 wonderful days hiking in the Vosges du Nord. Lush green forests and meadows. Our path would be lined with golden yellow gorse. The red sandstone cliffs stood out majestically in the landscape. Castles and archaeological sites in the forest. In the evening, we were welcomed by our wonderful hosts. After an aperitif, a delicious menu of Alsatian specialities and wonderful local wines was served. In short: nature, culture and cuisine. We enjoyed 3 of the 22 stages of the GR 53. Sylvotherapy in the morning was a real discovery, which despite a few preconceived ideas completely "transported" us and gave us a moment of relaxation and serenity we'd never imagined! We were then able to enjoy a bite to eat in the area, with all the advice and information provided by TRACES VOSGES NORD, as well as a short walk following a "roadbook" which we were able to enjoy, before joining in with another activity.
