About this getaway

An electric-assist bike ride, a forest hike, yoga, sightseeing and a spa - what a program!

With this range of outdoor activities, you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery around La Petite Pierre, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Nature Park.
You'll also gently regain control of your body with walking, cycling and a whirlpool bath in the grounds of your pretty home on the edge of the forest. ½ day at the spa (pool, sauna, hammam) in a luxurious and relaxing setting will finish off your workout.
A wonderful way to pamper yourself and recharge your batteries in the Vosges forest! You're guaranteed to feel good and reconnect with your inner self at the end of your getaway!

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

You can arrive earlier in the day on day 1 and leave your luggage in the guesthouse and return by 4 p.m. to check in.
If you're allergic, La Maison is also home to cats, but they don't live on the premises where you're staying.
Bicycle safety equipment is included in the rental price BUT not the deposit! Don't forget to bring a chequebook or credit card, as the deposit is very important, given the quality and value of the equipment. It is, of course, returned to you when the bikes are returned undamaged.

GUIDE / TOUR LEADER

Your yoga teacher and alternative medicine therapist has been practicing ayurveda for many years and will be able to adapt to your level, even as a beginner. The session can take place in different locations, depending on the weather.

A supplement of €10 per person is charged on certain public holidays.

Program/Itinerary

Arrival at La Petite Pierre. Settle into your cosy guest room in a beautiful house with its own forest and Spa.
5pm private outdoor ayurvedic yoya session (weather permitting).
Dinner on your own (details of restaurants will be provided on booking)
You can already go and reserve your electrically-assisted mountain bike for the next half-day.

Breakfast, then, equipped with your electrically-assisted bike (AE), set off on a 15/20 km free ride between trees and rocks to discover the troglodytic houses and Graufthal Abbey. Bring your bikes back and enjoy a picnic in the Poets' Garden, where you'll have a lovely view from the Ute.

After a great breakfast, you'll set off on foot with your roadbook along the most beautiful forest trails on the 3 Rochers circuit, or depending on Spa availability, on another beautiful trail to the Château du Fleckenstein.
The afternoon will be devoted entirely to your well-being in a magnificent Spa area (swimming pool, sauna, hammam). Please note that this service is not available on Saturdays all day and on Sunday mornings and public holidays.
Dinner at your leisure in the area. Perhaps enjoy a tarte flambée in a cellar with a member of the Confrérie du véritable Flammekueche?

After your last breakfast in this enchanting setting, don't leave the area without a visit to the LALIQUE Museum and gardens, and a tour of the Lichtenberg Castle, a restored 13th-century fortress with a 360° view of the Vosges du Nord Regional Nature Park. End of the escapade.
